“I S T” is an interacting sculpture in the form of an arduino programmed sound responding tree. Using motion and humidity sensors as interface, allowing the public to
spray water, talk or blow on the tree in order to trigger an audio response. The voice of a tree. Reflecting on human supremacy, and the subjectivity of verbal communication.
